RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the team to gather client requirements and site conditions
- Conduct site visits for inspection, photography, and measurement
- Assist in analyzing spatial functions and requirements for design
- Contribute to preparing drawings and presentation materials for clients
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
- Support senior architects in managing design processes and site issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design or construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of VRay is a plus
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction process
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well within deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work on-site occasionally and support project coordination
- Having a professional architectural license is a plus but not required
- Flexible and open-minded with a passion for design
