RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and discuss detailed requirements with clients, inspect the site, take photos, and measure dimensions
- Analyze the site and design requirements
- Prepare materials and present design proposals to clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture with 5–10 years of work experience
- Proficient in AUTOCAD, SketchUp, VRAY, Microsoft Office, and other relevant programs
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, professional and passionate about the job
- Detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, proactive, open to new challenges, and has good interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of architecture and the building process, and ability to inspect construction
- Able to revise drawings, follow up on-site, and ensure accuracy
- Holder of a professional architectural license
- Familiar with building codes and related laws, and capable of applying for construction permits
- Able to manage deadlines and communicate well with clients, including prioritizing tasks
- Able to work flexible hours or on-site as needed
- Must have a personal vehicle and be able to travel to other provinces if required
