The My Cloud Office project at Silom, Bangkok, is a masterclass in blending corporate identity with thoughtful spatial design. Tasked with addressing a critical business challenge, creating a welcoming space for VIP clients and investors, we designed an office that bridges the gap between functionality, aesthetics, and brand identity.
Due to the factory’s remote location, My Cloud Fulfillment needed a centralized, accessible office in Bangkok to serve as a client-facing hub while motivating their team to excel. Our vision was to transform this space into an environment that welcomes clients effortlessly, reflects the brand’s innovation, and inspires a sense of pride among employees.
The design centers around corporate identity (CI) with the iconic green accents and cloud-inspired logo strategically incorporated into the spatial layout. The custom downhill seating is a standout feature, thoughtfully designed to encourage informal collaboration and relaxation. Each seat is upholstered in plush, cloud-colored green velvet, creating a connection to the brand’s identity while ensuring ergonomic comfort.
In the formal meeting room, the ceiling takes center stage. Incurved shapes were sculpted to mimic cloud formations, constructed from precision-cut gypsum board to create a fluid, seamless look. Beyond aesthetics, the cloud ceiling improves acoustics, ensuring clear communication during discussions. Integrated linear LED lighting adds soft illumination, reducing harsh shadows and creating a focused yet relaxed atmosphere.
The IT workspace, a critical zone for technical operations, is designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind. A black ceiling finish minimizes glare on screens, while custom-built workstations incorporate hidden cable management systems for a clean, functional environment.
Fun Fact: The My Cloud team often jokes that the cloud-shaped ceiling makes the meeting room feel like “brainstorming in the clouds,” a playful nod to their fulfillment services.
Throughout the office, custom joinery and furniture seamlessly integrate with the architecture. The black-and-white wall finishes punctuated with My Cloud logos, crafted using CNC cutting, add subtle branding without overwhelming the space. Herringbone-patterned wooden flooring anchors the design, providing both warmth and durability.
The My Cloud Office is more than a workplace. It’s a physical manifestation of the brand’s innovation and vision, offering clients a sophisticated, welcoming space while motivating employees to deliver excellence. This central hub in Bangkok now serves as a bridge between My Cloud Fulfillment’s operations and their clients, creating an experience that is both inspiring and efficient.
